Each region of the country has its own sauce for BBQ. In South Carolina, it’s a mustard sauce. Fabulous on beef and pork, it’s amazing it’s not all over the country.
Our Carolina Gold is the dry rub version of that exact sauce! Fantastic on pork, ridiculously good on beef (especially my favorite – beef ribs) and also as a base for any other rubs or sauce.
Sprinkle lightly on a steak and then season as you usually do. I promise you’ll lick your plate!
